Eligibility for Return

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products:

  • Medicines once sold cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect product delivered.
  • Return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened products
    • Used medicines
    • Temperature-sensitive items
    • Products without original packaging

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

    • Damaged product
    • Expired medicine
    • Wrong item

If you receive:

    • Order ID
    • Product photos
    • Issue description

Refund Process

  • After verification, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
